the room was a good size. the bathroom had excellent facilities (i was happy about the toiletries provided). the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
i found the pillows to be rubbish and lumpy. they were not very comfortable (premier inn has better pillows!). reception staff insisted on having my credit card details, even though i had paid in advance. they said they couldn't check me in if i didn't give my card, which seemed a bit harsh.

The restaurant staff were attentive to my needs , so that was acceptable.
Check-in was quick. I got to my room and found lots of short black hairs on the bed sheets , so they had to change them. That should not happen. The room was dusty , which wasn't helpful since I have allergies.

The location was perfect, very close to the airport terminal.
The check-in line was long upon my arrival. There seemed to be a staffing issue at reception. Only two people were managing a large number of guests. I also found that my room's air conditioning wasn't working, made for an uncomfortable night.
